Duties

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate garments according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to manage inventory and materials efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating sewing machines is essential.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and processes.
• Ability to sew with precision and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues as they arise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed during the fabrication process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

• New Castle, PA 16101: Relocate before starting work (Required)
