Floor Care Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician. This role requires a strong understanding of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and buffing. Traveling is must for the RGV, Laredo, Victoria and Corpus Christi districts. Transportation, food and lodging will be provided. If interested please send in a resume.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all types of flooring, including carpet, tile, and hardwood.
• Execute specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to enhance the appearance of floors.
• Conduct deep cleaning of carpets using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental services protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needs or issues to management

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred
• Knowledge of various floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and buffing methods.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
