Summary of Primary Functions:
Responsible for execution of several Product Support initiatives, including Repair & Maintenance / PM tools & applications, Job Code creation & maintenance, Customer Service Advisor administration, Portal Administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Maintenance of PM & TMR Data / Verification of proper maintenance per unit
• Creation & Adjustment of PM & TMR Pricing
• Reconciliation of any maintenance contract to appropriate General Ledger account
• Communicating with operations on maintenance items per contract guidelines
• Maintaining accurate pricing guidance for all maintenance related pricing platforms (PowerBi/Apps/Service Ops)
• Creation of new Maintenance & Repair or PM content when necessary
• Review & update of Service Operation Job Codes to ensure accuracy & efficiency of Job Codes
• Main POC for all Customer Service Advisor communications from OEM. Distribute necessary details to appropriate end users for completion of tasks
• Work closely with Accounting & Sales departments to ensure Maintenance and Repair items are being correctly created, classified, and reconciled on a timely basis.
• Work with IT department to develop reporting content for actionable items – such as contract ROI per model, profitability report per model and/or location
• Customer Portal Administration / shopdeere.com Administration
• Dissemination of contract statuses, balances or general information to Operations & Management
• Training employees in the use of data from various reporting systems
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Product Support experience
• Industry experience is preferred
• Valid Drivers License
Education, Skill, and/or Experience Requirements:
• 5 years of Product Support experience
• Multi-brand parts experience is a plus
• Organization and communication skills must be highly developed
• Computer skills need to be broad based, and must be knowledgeable with Excel, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Highly competent negotiation skills.
Language Skills:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, statistics, and geometry
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
