DogiZone is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to meet face to face with our prospective dog training clients & their pets at our Rockville, MD facility. During this time you will make training program recommendations based on the needs of our clients and their dogs. Training is provided to help provide you with deep product and service knowledge across all of our core services. We will also train you to recognize and evaluate dog behaviors and how to make the best recommendations.

Responsibilities: 

• Interact professionally and effectively with all pet parents regarding dog training or other pet services
• Communicate with clients and leads to identify and understand their needs
• Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to clients
• Evaluate incoming dogs and recommend appropriate type of training and approach
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle
• Stay in constant contact with existing and previous clients, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
• Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any other issues

$50,000-$70,000 per year
