Hiring a PCB Trainer near Columbia Heights, MN, with a pay range of $25 - $35 per hour to develop and deliver on-the-job training programs for employees. This role is responsible for creating training content specific to cable assemblies, PCB assemblies, SMT machines, and checklists for SOPs and BOMs. First shift (7am-3pm) flexible schedule with the ability to overlap on the off shift. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement on-the-job training programs for PCB and cable assembly processes.
- Collaborate with experts to train content for BOMs, production prints, and SOPs.
- Train employees on PCB assembly, SMT machine operation, rework, and inspection techniques.
- Assist with delivering IPC J-STD training and help coordinate procedure training with the quality department.
- Provide feedback to management regarding any barriers or issues related to training programs
- Track schedules, enrollments, and attendance for training sessions
