JOB SUMMARY
The project Engineering Intern will be based out of Dolese's corporate office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and will assist the Engineering team in multiple tasks including estimating, managing, commissioning construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work closely with Design Build Firms to establish the mechanical and automation requirements for new aggregate plants and expanding existing plantsOversee the development of greenfield sites include roads, plant pad sites, railroad spurs, storm water management plans, and power distributionManage project quality, schedule, and budget while ensuring stakeholder value is achievedFoster a safe work culture at every level of project involvement, from offsite vendors to managing onsite employeesEstimate project cost utilizing historical data, vendor supplied data, and personal experienceOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Candidate must be working towards a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction ManagementSome experience in mining or the aggregate industry preferredExperience with modeling software (AutoCAD, Tekla or other Modeling Software) preferredElectrical and automation experience preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
