Donaldson is seeking a talented and professional individual with prior leasing / sales experience to join our team as a Leasing Consultant for a 398-unit residential apartment located in Silver Spring, MD (The Warwick).
Applicant will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional leasing experience, marketing, resident retention, property tours, and renewing contracts.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, and be able to work weekends and some evenings.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred.
