US Citizenship Required.
The HR Service Center Analyst resolves HR issues escalated by lower level representatives for resolution back to the client. The position is aware of policies and processes supporting HR and HRIS work and has a working knowledge of all established policies and programs within HR. They may collaborate with the Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and external third party providers when necessary. 1. Analyzes, evaluates and resolves HR issues escalated by lower level staff members. 2. Supports HR transaction processing to ensure timely and accurate completion. 3. Performs mass updates and downloads of Peoplesoft and other HR systems based upon analysis of client requirements. 4. Runs and distributes sensitive reports which may include confidential employee information. 5. Provides workforce administration support to HR staff. 6. Performs other duties as assigned.
