Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in New York, NY. This hybrid role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, with a strong background in the investment banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and automating infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Azure tools.
- Work closely with development teams to improve the efficiency of software releases.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps processes and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 9 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, specifically with Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.).
- Strong experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience working in the investment banking or financial services domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
