Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera and ProCore.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets, analyzing costs for materials and labor.
- Utilize Civil 3D for site design and layout planning as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation using Prolog for tracking progress and changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Implement project coordination strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction estimating.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Civil 3D, ProCore, Prolog, and Primavera is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
