Maintenance Technician II

***Pay is negotiable based on experience***

The Maintenance Technician II reports to a Response Technician and Maintenance Supervisor, and maintains company locations and equipment.

Job Requirements:

· At least 21 years of age;

· Prior work experience in maintenance or construction;

· Working knowledge of facility maintenance methods and tools;

· Excellent critical thinking, organization, and communication skills;

· Basic computer skills and ability to read and write;

· OSHA 10 certification;

· Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record;

· Ability to use ladders on a regular basis;

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time;

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

· Preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment;

· Remove and replace air and other filters according to an established schedule;

· Property checks with exterior checklist;

· Guest area walk through checks;

· Offices, restrooms, and closets checks;

· Kitchen and bar area checks;

· Maintenance of corporate office campus;

· Respond effectively to emergency maintenance calls during the shift;

· Monitor and respond to SolarWinds calls;

· Access to roof and confined spaces;

· Perform other duties as assigned.
