What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Busser position at Doubletree by Hilton Monroe-Cranbury?
390 Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant located in the newly opened Doubletree by Hilton Monroe Township Cranbury hotel. We are seeking a Full & Part Time restaurant busser.
Fine dining steak & seafood restaurant.
Duties:
- Assist servers in setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service
- Clear tables and clean them promptly after guests have finished their meals
- Replenish supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments as needed
- Assist in food delivery from the kitchen to the dining area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Help with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or assembling appetizers
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the restaurant, including catering events if needed

Full Time: Monday to Friday: 4:30pm to 11:30pm
Part Time: Saturday & Sunday: 4:30pm to 11:30pm
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour plus tips
