This is a “second-year job”—there is a lot to learn in year one and you will make good money. But if you have the tenacity and drive and sticktoitiveness to become a sales STAR, the rewards are yours for the taking. Our top performers make upwards of $300,000. But it takes more than just 12 months to get there. The ideal person for this position is more concerned about a rewarding career with unlimited income growth and challenging projects than earning a quick buck out of the gate. While experience in sales is a plus, recent colleges graduates are welcome.
- You must be comfortable talking to executive-level decision-makers selling our technical solutions.
- Our market is competitive so you must have the strength to beat the competition.
- Our sales cycle can be as long as 3-6 months. Do you have the staying power to go the distance?
THE DAY-TO-DAY MUST DO’S:
- Call on our current clients, and prospective clients within an assigned territory to introduce to them our award-winning products and solution offerings.
- You must hunt for new business opportunities by cold calling/tele-prospecting to new and current clients to schedule introduction appointments
- You must be comfortable working remotely without supervision-- strong organizational skills and self- discipline is a must.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Fearlessly qualify and negotiate sales opportunities
- Achieve a monthly/quarterly budget/quota
- Build rapport and trust and establish long-term relationships with customers

QUALIFICATIONS
1-5 years quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year base salary plus commission and bonuses
1st year OTE $60-80,000, 2nd year $80-100,000
