We are seeking a detailed and goal oriented person who is results driven to add to our already successful sales team. You will need to build a customer base through relationship building and communication skills. You will work with clients to establish budgets, identify their needs and wants, design their projects using innovating solutions and materials and manage communication throughout the project.
This is a commission based position with a draw.
This a full time position with a benefits package available.
* Design and Sales experience
* Construction knowledge preferred
* CAD knowledge a plus
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Ability to read blue prints
* Highly motivated and organized
* Great listening ability
* Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts
* Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Detail oriented - must be able to handle details quickly, correctly and efficiently
* High energy, socially-focused people person with experience in customer satisfaction
* Ability to take site measurements
