  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to coordinate art project prep, supply lists, and sample materials.
  • Ensure that all camp paperwork and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain compliance with ACA accreditation guidelines (while we are not accredited, we follow their framework for best practices).

Camper Experience & Partner Relations

  • Ensure that all campers have a fun, safe, and enriching experience, balancing creativity, movement, and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring five-star reviews and high retention rates.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Parks & Rec partners, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and adherence to facility guidelines.
  • Leave all borrowed classroom spaces better than we found them to maintain our reputation for professionalism and care.

Financial & Enrollment Growth

  • Track and report on camper enrollment, revenue, and retention trends, setting clear improvement goals.
  • Manage program budgets to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programming.
  • Identify opportunities to expand outreach, increasing enrollment and community engagement.
