PURPOSE:
We are seeking detail oriented self-managed prideful person to perform secondary operations post machining. These include various burr removal processes, light assembly, broaching, polishing, honing, grinding and packaging.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS AND JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Burr removal
- Operation of Brushing machines
- Operation of blasting and vibratory tumbling machinery
- Manual burr removal as needed
- Light Assembly
- Various mechanical assembly tasks using various hand tools
- Secondary Machining Processes
- Honing
- Polishing
- Broaching
- Etching and Part labeling
- Tending undercut automated grinding system
- Packaging
- Part washing and cleaning
- Treatment of parts with rust preventive
- Packing of WIP & finished goods

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet; however, the incumbent is occasionally required to go to the plant floor near machinery with moving parts and there is loud noise on the plant floor.
· Entry-Level: $18 to $20 per hour
· Mid-Level: $20 to $22 per hour
· Experienced: $22 to $24 per hour
