The Office of the CEO is a small team focused on facilitating the CEO's objectives and providing him with leverage. The Corporate Strategy & Operations team sits within OCEO. We work with the CEO and senior leaders to set strategic direction, standards, and operating rhythms. We're looking to add two thoughtful and detail-oriented Program Managers to partner with senior leaders on company-wide operating rhythms.

You'll get to own 3-5 cross-functional programs that have company-level impact. Driving these programs will not only push you to hone your analytical abilities, but also your discernment & intuition, and your people skills. You'll gain significant exposure to the CEO and other senior leaders across Dropbox, observing the business from one of the most unique vantage points possible.

• Own 3-5 operating rhythms. This includes managing the topic pipeline, driving the agenda, facilitating meetings, and documenting and tracking action items
• Help plan and manage off-sites for the operating rhythms you own
• Create and maintain systems for senior leadership to drive accountability and effective decision making
• Represent the CEO's vision and priorities in cross-functional projects

• Bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant experience in operations, customer success, project management, or program management
• Demonstrated experience leading high-impact projects, especially those which innovate, improve business execution, and/or span multiple products and teams
• Able to critically examine problems and existing processes to implement creative solutions and improvements
• Self-driven and independent. Able to work with minimal guidance, and navigate complex cross-functional relationships and hurdles to drive projects to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent and showcase complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership
• Collaborative, team-first mindset
• High integrity with the ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity
