  • Obtain Prior Authorizations for office visits, surgery and in office procedures and testing.
  • Call insurance companies to verify eligibility, deductibles, coinsurance, co-pays for surgery and in office procedures.
  • Payment Entry
  • Counsel patients on amount due for surgery and in office procedures.
  • Contact lens benefits and authorizations.
  • Medication Authorizations.
  • MRI Authorizations.
  • Vision Benefit Authorizations.
  • Two-day preparation of locators.
  • Patient Collections
  • Backup receptionist coverage, including check-in, check-out and answering the phones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
