- Obtain Prior Authorizations for office visits, surgery and in office procedures and testing.
- Call insurance companies to verify eligibility, deductibles, coinsurance, co-pays for surgery and in office procedures.
- Payment Entry
- Counsel patients on amount due for surgery and in office procedures.
- Contact lens benefits and authorizations.
- Medication Authorizations.
- MRI Authorizations.
- Vision Benefit Authorizations.
- Two-day preparation of locators.
- Patient Collections
- Backup receptionist coverage, including check-in, check-out and answering the phones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
