The Senior Software Development Engineer will design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and robust software solutions while leading projects and mentoring junior developers. This role involves full-stack development with expertise in Java and modern front-end technologies, focusing on creating high-quality web applications, implementing microservices, and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Architecture and Design: Collaborate with teams to design scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews for compliance with standards.
• System Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks while implementing best practices for scalability and security.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Testing and Deployment: Implement automated testing frameworks and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and high-quality product delivery.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in Java Full Stack development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Expertise in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
