The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee seeks a Digital Fundraising Director to lead all aspects of an industry-leading digital fundraising department.
The Digital Fundraising Director reports directly to the Executive Director with advisement from the Deputy Executive Director. This role also works with committee leadership and senior staff across the organization and manages the digital fundraising team and external consultants.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of raising millions of dollars online, managing a large team, and the maturity to interface with stakeholders at all levels, up to and including United States Senators.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of a large team of dedicated digital professionals.
- Serve as the primary digital fundraising contact for DSCC leadership, DSCC Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and consultants.
- Work closely with the Deputy Executive Director, Communications, Research, Finance, and Direct Mail / Telemarketing department leads to ensure public-facing strategy and products are aligned and optimized toward the committee's overarching goals and objectives.
- Ensure consistency of public-facing messaging across all digital fundraising channels.
- Lead process for negotiating and attaining approvals for all contracts and / or agreements related to the digital department.
