The Staff Accountant performs day-to-day general accounting, reporting and analysis across multiple global entities and functional areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general ledger and period end activities including journal entry posting, trial balance review, accruals, deferrals, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis.
• Manage accounting operations such as cash, banking, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel expenses, corporate credit cards, and taxes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions and balances.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Analyze monthly results and aid in the preparation of presentation materials.
• Document existing controls, processes, and workflows.
• Provide data for entity-level and consolidated operating budget development.
• Prepare materials for management presentations and Firm events.
• Assist in audit schedule preparation and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
• Propose enhancements to accounting processes and workflows.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at improving process efficiency and performance.
