What You’ll Do
Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and hold coaches accountable for creating a fantastic Soccer Shots experience.
- Provide feedback, coaching tips, and guidance during on-field visits to support coach growth.
- Plan team gatherings, pre-season, and in-season meetings to keep the energy high and the team connected.
- Be the kind of leader people want to follow—on the field, with families, and at team events.
- Recruit, hire, and train coaches who love kids and soccer as much as we do.
- Oversee onboarding and training schedules to ensure new hires hit the ground running.
- Develop and implement ongoing training programs to keep the team sharp and motivated.
- Be a confident communicator with coaches, children, and families, whether in person or through email and social media.
- Act as the main point of contact for coaches, addressing concerns, sharing successes, and building relationships.
- Schedule coaching assignments for each season and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Manage equipment inventory, storage, and distribution so our team is always ready to play.
- Oversee social media and website updates, keeping our Soccer Shots community engaged and informed.
- Clean background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Passion for working with children and a love for soccer.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others in group settings and on the field.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing schedules or situations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with social media management and basic website updates is a plus!
