Dust Solutions, Inc. (DSI) engineers and manufactures environmental air quality control systems for large industrial clients. Industries served include but are not limited to mining, power generation, marine and rail terminals, wind & solar, and pulp and paper. We help clients throughout the U.S. and globally address challenging pollution control and health and safety issues.
We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our Production team. This individual will support the service operations of our organization and requires close interaction with internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a basic electronics background and a strong mechanical aptitude. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn a variety of technical and manufacturing skills from operations to equipment repair and troubleshooting in a demanding and challenging production environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
· Review blueprints and job specifications to determine assembly procedures
· Perform basic to advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, commissioning, testing and supervision of startup for DSI systems (electrical and mechanical)
· Follow required safety and work procedures including standards, blueprints and/or wiring diagrams
· Utilize hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble, wire and install and maintain components and assemblies
· Diagnose system errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
· Produce timely and detailed service reports
· Document processes
· Read and interpret service manuals, bulletins, electronic and mechanical diagrams and schematics
· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
· Build positive relationships with customers
· Assist production team in factory on as needed basis

· Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%)
· Must possess or have the ability to obtain U.S. Passport for international travel
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
