Job Role Overview: IT/Handyman/Runner/Photographer/Web Developer

Location: Based in Palmdale, CA: Reliable vehicle (truck preferred), willing to travel to multiple office locations as needed.

Responsibilities
Networking

• Ensure a fast and reliable internet connection across all office locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.

Security Systems

• Manage and maintain security cameras, ensuring they function properly and have SD cards installed.
• Monitor cameras regularly for ongoing functionality.

Telecommunications

• Configure and manage Phone.com systems.
• Maintain office phones and cell phones.

Computers and Tablets

• Set up and configure computers, tablets, and monitors.
• Install required software and ensure devices are fully operational.

Software

• Develop familiarity with Central Reach for backend support.
• Assist with system configurations and user management.

Social Media

• Maintain active Google accounts for the business.
• Monitor Google/Yelp reviews and respond to customer feedback.

Web Development

• Perform basic maintenance and updates to the company website.
• Ensure the website remains functional and up to date.

Photography/Videography

• Take staff photos and office walkthrough videos as needed.

Handyman Services

• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing locks or air filters.

Project Liaison

• Act as a point of contact for contractors to ensure project completion.
• Respond to work order requests from office managers and staff
