The HVAC (aka Thermal) Service Coordinator works with the Thermal Service, Sales, Accounting and Service Sales Departments in handling service dispatch and coordination for the Centennial, CO area. This person provides assistance needed to the Thermal Service Coordinator Manager including answering daily service phone calls, service dispatch for Thermal Technicians and being a collaborative team member of the Thermal Services Department. This is a high-paced department with ever-changing developments that requires working and communicating with all levels of the company. It requires high attention to detail, accurate and timely delivery of information while assisting with multiple responsibilities simultaneously. We are a hybrid workplace collaborating in our Bristol office 3 out of 5 days weekly.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
- Work with other dispatchers to answer daily HVAC (aka Thermal) service calls, repairs, and requests that come into the Service Department.
- Processing service tickets through the Company business solution (Accumatica) including parts orders, customer follow-ups and sales follow-ups.
- Sending prestart-up checklists and service authorizations as needed to schedule work for technicians.
- Creating and Scheduling Preventive Maintenance (PM) tickets in Accumatica
- Updating each contract list with updated details.
- Confirmation of thermal service calls with customers for proper dispatching.
- Verify customer account details to dispatch service including billing terms.
- Thoroughly understand the thermal billing process and assist Billing Coordinators when needed.
- Review project budgets for proper service coordination.
- Follow up on open thermal customer service matters such as service reports and emergency service requests.
- Provide dispatch back-up when necessary for the other offices when needed.
- Scheduling maintenance, repairs and service for managed manufacturer (Vertiv) accounts, verifying service ticket completion and subsequent submission to Vertiv for close out
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus based on relevant experience
