Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will work with our HR leaders, management team, legal partners and employees to identify and resolve various employee matters.You will provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to HR leaders on addressing matters, and assist with the development of feedback/recommendations for corrective actions. As a member of the HR Team, you will participate in projects and programs in the development of a people-oriented company culture including promoting awareness of our company’s Code of Conduct and other policies.
