What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at DYMA Taekwondo?
Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for developing and improving selling & enrollment skills
- Execute our sales process for lead generation, follow up, and membership enrollment
- Present available services and products to customers
- Answer the telephones for all incoming calls in an executive manner
- Keep track of referrals, i.e., from online trials, a friend, an advertisement, etc
- Problem solves any membership questions or concerns
- Lead calling and seeting appointments for trial lessons
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Previous experience in a managerial role (optional)
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and use our software system
- Strong communication and customer service skills that translate into a business mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service
