We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking ATE Test Engineer to join our Test Solutions Engineering ( TSE ) team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge test solutions for our UFS products , leveraging modern and efficient ATE platforms. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive test plans and create ATE test programs to ensure our solutions achieve top-tier performance in terms of quality, cost, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in advancing Micron's technology, product, and manufacturing roadmaps. Drive the development of test methodology and strategy, ensuring our approach aligns with industry best practices. Automate the test process by writing software scripts, enhancing efficiency across the board. Collaborate on the design and debugging of test hardware, ensuring our solutions consistently deliver best-in-class performance. Leverage advanced data analysis to identify insights, uncover opportunities for improvement, and detect issues earlier. Qualifications and Skills: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Possess 5 years of proven experience in a Test Engineering role. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of memory test programs, requirements, and testing techniques. Be well-versed in automated memory and/or logic test systems. Familiarity with Micron internal ATE tester is advantageous. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C and Python is desirable. Knowledge of UFS and/or PCIe protocols and testing is a plus. Previous experience as a technical leader is beneficial. Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Possess a high degree of self-initiative and the ability to think and act independently. Comfortably handle multi-tasking and take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication.
