Your role at Dynatrace
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Responsibilities :
Design and Develop : Create a wide range of assets, such as infographics, banners, icons, videos, brochures and layouts, for learning materials, SharePoint, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
Collaborate : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
Iterate and Refine : Revise and edit designs based on feedback to align with project requirements and enhance visual impact.
Stay Updated : Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices.
Project Management : Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements :
3-5 years proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
Experience in illustration, photo retouching and / or photography.
Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Preferred Requirements :
Experience creating engaging and visually appealing assets for eLearning and other learning materials.
BA / BS in Graphic Design or related design experience and training.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
