Position Summary: The Asphalt Paving Project Manager Intern will play a critical role in supporting and learning from our experienced project management team. Project Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of asphalt paving projects under the guidance of foremen and project managers.

Quality Control: Learn and participate in quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.

Resource Management: Help manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to ensure efficient project execution.
Documentation: Prepare project reports, document project progress, and maintain accurate project records.
