Job Overview:
As a Pest Control Specialist, you will provide expert services to control and eliminate a variety of pests. You will work directly with customers, conduct inspections, assess pest issues, and implement appropriate treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
- Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides, traps, and other techniques safely and in compliance with local regulations.
- Provide expert advice to customers on prevention methods and maintenance to avoid future infestations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, treatments, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company standards to ensure safe, effective pest control.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- State certification or to obtain certification before start date.
- Knowledge of safe pesticide handling and application practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
