This is what we are looking for in a Service Technician:

• Minimum five-years of experience for Lead Installer Candidates and three-years for 2nd
• CFC License.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.
• The ability to treat your time in our client's home as an invited guest.
• The goal of each service call is to leave the home in better condition than you found it.
• The ability to be a part of a team. We train twice a week learning skills which will make you a leader in the industry and a craftsman in our trade. You are paid for this education.
• The capacity to be the best Service Technician with the Greatest HVAC Company in the state.
• We run a background check on all of our employees as well as a Pre-employment Drug Screen.
