Job Summary

$250 Nanny Referral Bonus! *bonus paid 30 days after nannies placement*

Philadelphia, PA | Society Hill

• Start Date: As soon as the perfect fit is found!
• Hours: 20-25 Hours Guaranteed; 3 - 7 pm plus one date night a week
• Hourly Rate: $30 - $35/hour
• Children: Ages 5.5-year old, 4-year-old, and 1-year old
• Covid and Flu Shot Required
• Paid Vacation: One week paid nanny's choice, one week paid family's choice, three sick or personal days, all major holidays paid.

Responsibilities and Duties

• WHO/WHAT: An exceptional family is seeking an after-school nanny and mother's helper to keep their evenings running smoothly! Mom and Dad are two thriving medical professionals acing their respective fields during the day and pouring into their family during the evenings! While there is a phenomenal daytime nanny to focus on their youngest, the afternoon nanny's focus will be on this dynamic duo of brothers who are active, fun, and social. They have a lovely sibling relationship with each other, and anticipate that you'll continue to nurture and guide them both at home and on any fun adventure you have planned. The afternoon nanny will greet their boys after school, fill their afternoons meeting their cousins for a play date, running an errand or coming home to play before helping mom with the dinner and bedtime routine of all three children. This family strives to bring on a relaxed vibe where all that hard work pays off in enjoying the family and home they've created. We can assure you; we have worked together previously with this family and their personalities are one of a kind - you'll be treated professionally as an employee and personally as a friend. Parking is provided in a covered/gated parking garage three city blocks from the family's home.

The Ideal Nanny Would Be...Flexible, fantastic, and a gifted multi-tasker, you're seeking an afternoon/evening-only position for the long term. You can step in when needed, creating space for these wonderful parents to pour love on their precious kids. You genuinely love children and have a gift for working alongside parents inside the home with your confidence, yet not overstepping their role. You see the family's needs and are proactive in helping them, whether this means cleaning up dinner, reading a bedtime story, or helping to pick up the CSA after school. You have a bubbly and warm personality, are creative and spontaneous, and have experience caring for multiple kids. You also have the flexibility to stay a little later some evenings… allowing Mom and Dad to focus on one another, pursuing their own date nights to nurture their marriage. You look forward to working with these parents and their nanny in cooperative team mode, are clear in your communication and are energetic in nature.

Requirements and Benefits

• Nanny must have a driver's license, vehicle, and a clean driving record

• Nanny MUST have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
