Position Overview: As a Member Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to outstanding customer service. You will engage with our members, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to meet those needs. You'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
This position's "home" location will be the Freedom branch; however, this role will assist other branches (Kimberly, Kaukauna, and Appleton) as needed. This role will be scheduled 25-29 hours per week. Your schedule will be known a month in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members in-person, over the phone, and through electronic channels with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
- Identify and understand members' financial needs, providing guidance on our products and services that align with their goals.
- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Promote and educate our members on our products and services, enhancing member relationships and the overall growth of the bank.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate information to members.
- Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified member experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or financial services setting is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
