About being an HR Generalist at Easterseals Redwood:
This role will partner with organization leaders to execute HR strategies focused on workforce planning, employee development and engagement, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness for Easterseals Redwood while administering HR policies and procedures.
This role will partner with organization leaders to execute HR strategies focused on workforce planning, employee development and engagement, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness for Easterseals Redwood while administering HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR support and Guidance to all levels of the organization, partnering closely with managers and certain leaders.
- Maintain high levels of ethical and professional standards to promote respect and trust throughout the organization.
- Provide support in areas of coaching, performance management and policy interpretation.
- Manage job descriptions, performance appraisals, corrective action, and development plans.
- Respond to concerns regarding policies and compliance issues.
- Advise managers and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of HR.
- Participate in internal and external audits within the HR department as needed.
- Administer all HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee relations issues, conducts investigations and counsel management on corrective actions.
- Ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
- Observe behavioral or organization-related events that impact staff and make recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee offboarding and exit interviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Easterseals Redwood needs from our HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least three years of experience as an HR Generalist
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
