A day in the life includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory, and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.
- Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.
- Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text and email to determine their needs.
- Work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.
- Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.
- Assist the sales team as they complete the sales processes.
- Help to make sales of vehicles should an automotive sales advisor be unable. Understand and follow sales protocols.
- Work with the Team to establish guest relationships, and create a strong referral network.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tasks and assignments.
