Compensation:
-Hourly pay starts between $18/hour. Overtime can be obtained when possible
Benefits:
Health insurance : Aetna Coverage, with Vision and Dental included. $100 monthly premium for qualifying full time employees.
Paid time off : Paid time off will be available after 1 year of employment for full time employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Producing all bread in house
Maintaining inventory pars on all products
Setting up and breaking down your station
Ensuring quality product while maintaining organization and cleanliness
High volume
Event set up and break down
Assisting with pastry production
Plating and decorating a variety of desserts
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Attention to detail
Good attitude
Hard worker
Willingness to learn and the desire to keep improving
Ability to take constructive criticism
Kitchen experience is preferred, but exceptions can be made
