Eberly is seeking full time line cooks!

Compensation:
-Hourly pay starts between $18-$21/hour. Overtime can be obtained when possible.
Benefits:
Health insurance : Aetna Coverage, with Vision and Dental included. $100 monthly premium for qualifying full time employees.
Paid time off : Paid time off will be available after 1 year of employment for full time employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working a station that consists of 6-7 dishes
- Setting up and breaking down your station
- Maintaining pars on station prep
- Ensuring quality product while maintaining organization and cleanliness
- High volume
- Ability to have creative ownership of certain menu items
- Event set up and break down
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Good attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to learn how to break down whole fish and proteins
- Can assist in custom menu development for certain events
- Kitchen experience is preferred, but for exceptions can be made if you are willing to put in the work
