Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions (salaries, benefits, deductions, etc.)
- Ensure accurate updates for new hires, terminations, and pay changes
- Maintain and protect payroll records and confidential information
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Resolve discrepancies and assist team members with payroll inquiries
- Generate reports and provide data for budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge of payroll processes and taxes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (Paycor preferred)
- Certification (FPC or CPP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
