The Applications Lead will play a key role in supervising the software configuration.
Our dedicated team is committed to resolving tickets promptly, setting up customer stacks, managing inventory, and ensuring the day-to-day efficiency and security of the Datacenter. By maintaining proactive network maintenance practices and fostering strong communication with stakeholders, we strive to deliver a reliable and resilient network infrastructure that supports the smooth functioning of critical applications and services hosted on the Datacenter's hardware.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering or related Or Four years of related experience may be substituted for the education degree requirement established for this key personnel function.
- Minimum of 5 years supervising software configuration management.
- Experience analyzing complex system requirements.
- Experience designing and developing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation.
- Experience managing software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimate software development costs and schedule. Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.
