Your Responsibilities
- Job Placement: Discover the dreams, skills, and motivations of your clients, then help them search for and secure jobs that fit their interests and needs.
- On-the-Job Support: Provide one-on-one training and creative support to help individuals succeed in their roles and navigate workplace culture.
- Employer Development: Build strong relationships with local businesses to create opportunities and ensure both employers and employees thrive.
- Coordination & Communication: Juggle multiple schedules, connect with employers and families, and be the go-to person for workplace needs.
- Teamwork & Training: Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure the success of each individual and continue to grow through training and workshops.
- An associate degree (or equivalent work experience) with experience in vocational or support training for individuals with disabilities.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record (you'll be on the go!).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
