Due to our recent success with our Telecommunications clients, we are looking for the newest addition to our Management team at the ECl Group.
We are looking for driven, career-oriented individuals to fill an Entry Level Assistant Manager opportunity. The Entry Level Assistant Manager is a critical component of our team here and will receive personalized and individual training, from the ground up. This individual will report directly to the Senior Management staff regarding new customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales goals, all while developing managerial skills.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Learn and master all client product knowledge and be able to answer consumer questions effectively
- Present product and service packages to consumers representing our client's brand in a professional and curious manner
- Manage provided sales territory efficiently by maximizing each pre-generated lead provided and following up with potential new clients regularly
- Work with experienced Sales Team leaders to pick up on best sales practices and implement them into daily operations
- Work daily with other Entry Level Account Managers and Manager Associates to establish sales goals and identify areas to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Impeccable communication and public speaking abilities
- Must possess a competitive nature and drive to succeed
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and individually with little or no supervision
- Ability to overturn objections and utilize negotiation tactics
- Proven ability to persuade consumers and close sales
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communication, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study is preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or customer service environment
