Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle some moderate lifting. Experience with small vans and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles (small vans) to transport goods efficiently.
- Load and unload items using pallet jacks as necessary.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on schedule while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving inventory and organizing stock.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving or courier services is preferred.
- Familiarity with vans, forklifts, and pallet jacks is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This job is currently considered temporary for 60 days but may turn into full-time depending on the candidate and business conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
