Position Overview:
- Responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging designs for digital products and services.
- Work closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the needs and preferences of the target users and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Also conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to ensure that the designs are usable, accessible, and desirable.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using various tools and techniques
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, goals, and pain points
- Apply user-centered design principles and best practices to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the design process and deliverables
- Test and evaluate the usability, accessibility, and desirability of the designs with real users and incorporate feedback and insights into iterations
- Communicate and present the design rationale, concepts, and solutions to various audiences and levels of management
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and standards in UX design and development
