We are looking for new Machine Operators. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products. Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:45pm – 11:00am Sun. – Thur. with occasional overtimeMachine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hr. and up, based on experience $0.75/hr. shift differential What You’ll Be Doing:Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.Participate in regular training and cross-train others. What You’ll Bring:High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experienceMust be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assignedNeed to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
