Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products. Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:45pm - 7:00am, with occasional overtime Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hr. and up, based on experience a $0.75/hr. shift differential What You’ll Be Doing: • Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe. • You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching. • Set-up your machine at the start of each shift. • Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.

• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality. • Participate in regular training and cross-train others.
