What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operations Technician position at ECR LLC?
Description :
Responsible to execute and maintain preventive maintenance program for HVAC units at all company owned and managed property developments.
Diagnose HVAC issues and facilitate prompt repairs for all mechanical related issues.
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties.
Inspect buildings, equipment and amenities for functionality, checking for faults and making repairs.
Providing recommendations for replacement of old and damaged building equipment.
Develop and maintain good relationships with third party contracts, vendors and on-site staff.
Perform move out inspections and unit turn over work for scheduled move outs.
Requirements :
Education / Knowledge
High School Diploma
EPA 608 Type I Certification
Experience / Skills
Understanding of HVAC system principles, components and operation
Ability to use tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, drills and diagnostic equipment
HVAC Contractor License
Ability to lift 50lbs
Valid driver's license
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Work Environment
River Falls Office
Travel to properties within 90 miles of River Falls
Occasional nights and weekends for emergency service calls
Availability
Monday Friday 8am-5pm.
Nights and weekends as necessary for HVAC emergencies
