ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital is a 114-bed community hospital located in Ahoskie. Serving four nearby counties, the 15-bed emergency department sees approximately 18,000 patients per year. ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital provides a wide range of health services, including medical, surgical and radiation oncology. In addition, the Wound Healing and Pain Management clinics serve as referral centers for neighboring ECU Health hospitals and providers.
Position Summary
Up to $30K Commitment Incentive
The nurse manager practices in the framework of the mission, vision and values of ECU Health and maintains 24-hour accountability for unit operations. The manager is a clinical leader with focus on producing excellent patient outcomes, patient and family engagement, workforce management/ development and clinical efficiency. The nurse manager is the front line leader who partners with physicians and manages staff and resources to promote safe, timely, efficient, effective and patient focused unit operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Licensure/Registration/Certification: License as a Registered Nurse, must maintain licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Three to four years related experience
