YOU WILL VIBE WITH US The Demand Manager role will be responsible for building an ongoing relationship with business leadership, based on mutual trust and the ability to integrate technological expertise into business processes. Within project activities, they will handle requirements gathering and coordinate IT teams throughout various project phases, serving as the sole point of contact for IT, business stakeholders, and management. He/she will be in charge of: Acting as the IT point of contact regarding products, applications, and developments relevant to various business functions; Establishing a relationship between IT and business areas, aiming to understand service improvement needs, provide support in defining requirements, and assist in prioritizing customer priorities; Managing business requirements in terms of understanding the need and translating it into a technical requirement actionable by development teams, and developing requirement specifications that fit Edenred's IT architecture, having gained knowledge of business processes and applications; Managing end-to-end initiatives in collaboration with all stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure that the IT solution aligns with business requirements and is adequately evaluated in accordance with existing procedures; Working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivering simply brilliant and cutting-edge products and services to our customers; Defining project approach and MVP features with different business units based on key needs and planning, monitoring, and reporting on projects; Managing a portfolio of projects, reporting progress both within IT and to business stakeholders, identifying and managing any emerging issues. WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in complex multinational or primary consulting firms; Strong project management experience with agile methology, high level of exposure to business process technological background; Fluent English level (mandatory); Education level required: Master’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering degree or related.
