Technical Project Manager
Reports to: Director β Technology Projects
Location: Plano, TX

Position Description
Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades of customer solutions and services such as servers, switches, firewalls, PBX, LAN, and WiFi.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources
- Own the full project from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and managed to budget
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with the internal subject matter experts and customer
- Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of business technology engineering or support
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and results-oriented individual
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
